About Maggie Dokic
For Maggie Dokic, the real estate profession is about one thing: helping people achieve their real estate goals. Although Maggie has over a decade of real estate experience and designations (licensed Broker, Green® certified, CDPE®, SFR – Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource, eCertified) and uses the latest technology (360 imaging, blogging, social media, QR codes) she is the first to point out that those are simply tools which help her service the needs of her individual clients.
“Personal connections, communication and integrity are key elements in any real estate transaction. A highlight for me is the personal connections I make with my clients,“ she says. “One of my goals is to make a lifetime connection with them. I don’t disappear after the transaction closes. I want to make a difference in people’s lives and that starts by providing superb customer service before, during and after the sale. Whether people are selling or buying, they want to know what’s happening in the market and they want that information from a qualified professional. They also need the right strategy, a good listener, master negotiating skills and all of this from someone they can trust with the biggest investment of their life.”
Providing results is a trademark of Maggie’s. It’s the reason her business, year after year, is made up almost entirely of repeat and referral clients. Something which speaks highly of her integrity is that she gets a good portion of referrals from other agents as well. This happens because they know that referring their clients to Maggie ensures that they receive top notch service.
Born in Cuba, Maggie moved to the States as a young girl. She grew up in the Big Apple and relocated to sunny South Florida in 2001. She studied at Barry University in Miami Shores as well as Baruch College, CUNY in New York City. She attended the High School of Art & Design in NYC and honed marketing skills which help her to this day in the exposure of her clients’ homes.
Maggie believes in working hard and relaxing just as hard. She makes sure that each week she spends quality time with her extended family and friends. She is actively involved in her community through her leadership at church and community & charity events.
